On a dark blue field with white/silver fringe at sides and bottom; above the image of a yellow/gold lyre surmounted with a white mascle fimbriated gold the image of the United States Army Japan shoulder sleeve insignia within, behind in base are two crossed green palm fronds. Along the very bottom are images of streamers for the Army Superior Unit Award 2011 and the Western Pacific campaign participation credit and arching above at the top a red banner inscribed UNITED STATES ARMY JAPAN BAND in dark blue letters.
